The miracle of good fish

This evening I did a late round of errands and decided to make a last-minute stop at the grocery store to get some fish.  My mom recently gave me a super-easy way to make fish that has quickly become my new favorite – which is a great thing, because even though I like eating fish, I wasn’t eating much because I didn’t know how to cook it.

Anyway, back at the grocery store – I went to the fish counter and asked for a pound of haddock.  It was on sale for $7.99.  But before going into the cooler to get it, the woman behind the counter said, “Just so you know, I’ve got some nice cod here that’s on sale for $2.99 a pound.  Do you want some of that?”

Well…I’ll give you three guesses what kind of fish I had for dinner tonight.  And it was scrumptious!  Thank you fish lady.  🙂
