I’m still standing

In my journey to be my own soulmate, it’s finally time to get my physical body back in shape. It’s funny how long I spend in resistance, and then all of a sudden one day I realize – boom – I’m ready!

This week I started a new exercise program. There are some muscles screaming at me that I didn’t even know I had. Yesterday I had a hard time walking and climbing stairs, but today I’m much better. Miracle #1 – I’m still standing! 🙂

I’m also going back to eating very simply – chicken, rice, vegetables, fruits. This is the part that I always dread when I’m anticipating it. I’m afraid that I’ll miss the other tastes so much, and life won’t be any fun without them. But here’s the thing – when I cook simply, I really enjoy it. And this time around there are some things that I’m eating that I’ve never eaten before. A big one is lemon – I used to hate lemon juice sprinkled on things, but now I’m really getting into it. A little bit of lemon and salt on my rice tonight and I was good to go. Amazing!!

Miracle #2 – my body is actually accepting the things that are good for it and my mind is catching up fast, too.

And now the third part of taking good care of myself physically – sleep. I still haven’t fully recovered from last weekend, so I’m now off to sleepy land and I’ll catch you all later.

Have a great weekend!

I am Grateful for this day and the miracle of life itself. Being part of an inspiring and amazing community of people has transformed my perspective on how GREAT and LOVING we are inspire of the challenges and contrast life as shown and presented to us.

My daily meditation is that everyone finds their light and place within them that that glow with the beauty that has been inside of them all along. I struggled for so long to find this place outside of myself, but as I am mirrored in the world by others, I have found they are a reflection of me.

The difference now is the Beauty that I see, is me and I see Beauty in everyone, even when it may be buried deep deep deeply inside of them, I can now move past their darkness and be reminded of my purpose of Love.

I share this common bond with people around the world and I am appreciative that I am now connecting with the most Amazing community EVER!

I give thanks for Leah for sharing this forum with the world and her exceptional gift. I Love my Hayhouse Family and thank Karen McCrocklin for sparking the hero inside of me.

    Infinite Love and Gratitude!

Thanks Dr. Darren Weissman for my new Mantra “) We are LOVE
