The video project – Helping others

“What makes me happy is helping others.”

Tonight I’m pleased to present the second video in The Miracle Journal Video Project.

Meet Lauren Boyce, a nursing student from Manchester, N.H. I met her at the Highland Games in Lincoln, N.H. a few weeks ago. She was part of a Scottish band (my apologies if that’s the wrong word) and she was absolutely charming when I asked if she’d talk to me.

Congratulations on making the Nurses Honor Society, Lauren, and best of luck as you begin your job search! If anyone wants to hire a nurse in the New Hampshire/Boston area who truly cares about making people’s lives better, Lauren is your girl!  🙂

If you can’t see the video above or want to make the available captions bigger, click here to watch it at YouTube. This one doesn’t have as much wind noise, but I thought captions might still be helpful.

Today’s miracle: Doing for others can often make us as joyful as doing something for ourselves.
