Will you be my SOULmate?

Recently I was approached by the founder of the Society of Ultimate Living (SOUL), Karen Auld, asking if I’d like to be featured as a SOULmate on her website.  Who in the world would turn down the opportunity to be a soulmate?!?!  Especially when I’m still searching to find my soulmate!!

Hello Believers in Miracles,

My miracle happened when I had the pleasure of visiting with my very first SoulMate, Cuky Choquette Harvey.  The idea for SOUL came to me while I was on a retreat with Cuky in 2006 (you can read all about that here).  I found myself, seven years later, back in Cuky’s home realizing what a miracle the birth of SOUL was for me.  For years I was searching for my purpose. I worked hard to fit into corporate America.  I thought that people pleasing would make me and others happy.  I spent a good portion of my young adult life searching for my soul.  Here I am now 45 years young and the miracle of it all is that my purpose is to help others live their purpose!

Even though I have days when I doubt my purpose, since I am open to experiencing miracles, I am constantly sent reminders from the universe that I’m on the right path.  The day before I went to see Cuky, I was in my room at the DoubleTree Hotel feeling nervous.  It was seven years since I saw Cuky and started SOUL.  My chatty brain started to criticize.   What have I truly achieved with SOUL since my last visit?  Will she be proud of me?  I blamed this chatter on lack of food and picked up the hotel information booklet to find some room service.  As I flipped through the booklet I saw this:

It’s just the message I needed to quiet my chatty mind and know that I am feeding my soul with my SOUL work!
